How do I pay?
Cash on delivery or InstaPay. We never ask for card details, and there is no card form anywhere on the site.
Where do you deliver?
Every governorate in Egypt. We do not ship outside Egypt yet.
How long does delivery take?
It varies by seller — each maker packs and sends their own orders. Your order confirmation comes from the person who made the item, and they will tell you their timing.
Can I return or exchange something?
The policy varies by seller, so please contact the maker directly — their name is on your order. If you cannot reach them, message us and we will help.
Who am I actually buying from?
From the maker. Every product page carries the name of the business that made it, and orders go to them. Monaliza approves each maker before they can list.
What paperwork comes with my order?
An order confirmation and a delivery note. We do not issue tax invoices at the moment.
Is there a real bazaar, or just the website?
A real one. Monaliza started as a physical bazaar and still runs as one — the marketplace is the same bazaar, open all year.
I make things. How do I sell here?
Apply, and Monaliza reviews it. Every maker is approved one at a time — nobody lists automatically.
