If you buy something

We collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address, because an order cannot be delivered without them. The maker who is sending your order receives what they need to pack, send and contact you about it.

We do not collect card details. Payment happens on delivery or through InstaPay, outside this website.

If you subscribe or leave a review

Subscribing stores your email address and nothing else. A review stores the name shown on it, your rating and what you wrote — all of which are public on the product page once approved.

If you apply to sell

A seller application collects more, because we check who we are working with: your name and business name, email, phone, WhatsApp number and address, an identity number, any identity document you upload, and the payment details you want to be paid through.

This is seen only by Monaliza staff reviewing your application. It is never shown on your public brand page and never shared with buyers.

Asking us about your data

Message us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. WhatsApp is fastest.
